A Western Pennsylvania plan to build a casino has fallen through the cracks. No money. But a similar plan to build one with a race track in Southern Adams County is picking up momentum. The Gettysburg Times, LeVan said he believes his plan will succeed and Adams County will get a gambling track and casino. But many Adams County residents are against the plan. In fact, a vote on bringing casinos to Gettysburg failed earlier this year. But LeVan is still hopeful. And some of the rest of us are too.
